Program Options

Major in Business with a Management Concentration

The business major offers seven concentrations. The business major with a management concentration includes coursework on methodologies of organizational behavior, business analysis, and strategic management.

Accelerated Master of Science in Business Analytics

With our new 4+1 accelerated business analytics program, you will earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and a Master of Science in business analytics degree in just five years.

Leadership: Theory and Applications

Dr. Shontarius Aikens

I have taken several management courses throughout my four years, but the one that has shown me the most would be Theory and Applications in Leadership (BUSN 462) with Dr. Shontarius Aikens. This class has taught me a lot of aspects of leadership and has helped me in my career in human resources. While interning at RDO Equipment Co., I have dealt with many leadership styles; this class has helped me adapt and learn from my work peers.
